The CELEST TechLab software repository is a web-accessible repository of code ranging from machine learning software tools to biologically inspired neural networks models. TechLab registered users will be able to post and download code, datasets, and relevant literature. Click here to submit your code. Click here to download the ARTMAP Software package CLASSER.

CONFIGR Matlab and C++ Code Submitted: 05/09/2008
Categories:Image Processing
Description:CONFIGR (CONtour FIgure and GRound) is a model that performs long-range contour completion on large-scale images. CONFIGR accomplishes this through a mechanism that fills-in both figure and ground via complementary process.
Authors:Carpenter G.A., Gaddam, C.S., Mingolla, E.

Classer Submitted: 04/23/2008
Categories:Clustering, Tech Transfer, Adaptive Resonance Theory
Description:Classer is a set of software tools for applying machine learning classifier models to arbitrary data sets. Layered on top of implementations of ARTMAP neural networks, the Classer toolkit lets the user define classifier models, apply them to process data sets, and automate output data collection and parameter space exploration.

KInNeSS - the KDE Integrated NeuroSimulation Software Submitted: 04/07/2008
Categories:Neural simulation packages, Compartmental modeling
Description:KInNeSS is an open source neural simulation software package that allows to design, simulate and analyze the behavior of networks of hundreds to thousands of branched multi-compartmental neurons with biophysical properties such as membrane potential, voltage-gated and ligand-gated channels, the presence of gap junctions or ionic diffusion, neuromodulation channel gating, the mechanism for habituative or depressive synapses, axonal delays, and synaptic plasticity. KInNeSS also allows the output of neurons to control the behavior of a simulated agent.
